I am a seasoned consultant and operator with close to 20 years of experience helping companies in different industries accelerate their growth and improve their operations. My mission is to help my clients succeed by creating meaningful enterprise value.

I am pragmatic and follow ‘first principles’ to create strategies that are impactful and executable, and I am biased for action and hands-on, which allows me to partner up with my clients to tangibly improve their operations.

I am a former McKinsey consultant. I have served clients across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Industrial Goods, Food and Agriculture, Telecom, Social Sector, Chemicals, Technology, and Travel, Transportation and Logistics. I have also worked as an operator at medium and large companies such as Stripe, The Coca-Cola Company and Allstate.

I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.

I live in the Chicago suburbs and like to spend my spare time with my wife and kids.
